With faith at the center of his life, James founded Redemption Roofing AZ on the principles of integrity, hard work, and service. His vision has always been to create a company that not only delivers high-quality roofing solutions, but also gives back—partnering with local charities and ministries to make a meaningful difference in the community.
James takes a hands-on approach to leadership and believes that the small details matter. From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, every project reflects his commitment to doing the job right, standing behind the work, and building lasting relationships with every customer.
Outside of work, James stays actively involved in local community organizations and values spending time with his family.
Grace Pastorius
Grace Pastorius, an Arizona native, is the heart and backbone of Redemption Roofing AZ. Known for her warmth, organization, and dedication, she plays a vital role in keeping the team connected and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Brendan Velander
Brendan grew up in Minnesota, where strong family values and a relentless work ethic helped shape who he is today. After moving to Arizona to work with his uncle’s roofing company, he gained extensive hands-on experience in the industry—learning every aspect of the trade from the ground up.
From project management and materials expertise to insurance coordination and operations, Brendan developed a well-rounded skill set that allows him to oversee projects with precision and confidence.
Now serving as Superintendent and Partner at Redemption Roofing AZ, Brendan brings not only his knowledge and leadership, but also a genuine passion for helping homeowners. He believes roofing is about more than completing a job—it’s about building trust, protecting homes, and supporting families every step of the way.
